Manage Your Account

Target Account Selection:

The Target Account dropdown menu, enabling users to select from accounts to which they have administrative access. All settings and details displayed in the popup will correspond to the selected account.

Promo Code Selection:

In this section, users can apply promo codes by entering them into a designated field to receive credits. Upon submission, the system verifies the validity of the promo code. If the code is valid, the corresponding credits will be applied to the account, and the user will receive a confirmation message indicating the successful application of the promo code.

Overview Tab

Displaying the Account

The Overview tab displays the current balance for the selected account (e.g., $32.39) and provides options to enable or disable auto-recharge.

Auto Recharge Section

In this section the users can enable Auto Recharge to automatically add credit to their account when the balance falls below a specified threshold (e.g., $20). The amount to be recharged (e.g., $10) can also be configured here.

Manually Adding Credit

In this section the user can add credit manually, the users must enter the desired amount and click Add Credit.
The user should note that a payment method must be set up before credit can be added.

Requesting a Transfer Out:

In this section, users may request the transfer of a portion or all of their available balance to a bank account. The user should be aware that transfer requests may take up to 72 hours to process.

Payment Methods and Subscription Management :

In this section the users have the option to set up or update their payment methods to facilitate balance recharges and subscription payments for their accounts.

Subscription Details :

The Subscription tab enables users to manage their current plan and explore available subscription options.

Personal Plan

Pro Plan

Cost: $20/month

Business Plan

Cost: $100/month

  • Reduced Compute Cost (up to 30%)
